Project 12: January

My sister-in-law and I are going to give Project 12 a go this year. We aren't quite sticking to this year's challenge set up by Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine but taking the sketches from 2010 and trying to incorporate the colour suite suggestions from this year.

This is the sketch I worked on for January:

Well the challenge was to complete January's page by the 15th of the next month and I managed it - just!

The main theme of the layout is water because Grace started swimming lessons this month and she started using her bath seat instead of lying down. It was also my 30th birthday this month so although there is no water theme there I couldn't let it pass without adding a photo.

So here it is and hopefully next month I will get it done in plenty of time!
